4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods or as agreed in the service contract.
Any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
